Bölüm 01Kısaca

EasyKey360, emlak danışmanlarının portföyünü, müşterilerini ve takiplerini yönettiği bir CRM uygulamasıdır. Uygulamayı kullanmak için verdiğiniz bilgileri yalnızca size bu hizmeti sunmak için işleriz.

• Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam/pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyoruz.
• Bağladığınız Instagram hesabındaki mesajları yalnızca uygulama içinde okuyup yanıtlayabilmeniz için işleriz.
• Gmail bağlantısı yalnızca gönderim içindir — gelen kutunuzu okumayız, okuma yetkisi hiç istemeyiz.
• Verilerinizin silinmesini tek bir e-postayla isteyebilirsiniz.

Bölüm 02Veri sorumlusu ve kapsam

Bu politika easykey360.com adresindeki web sitesi, EasyKey360 mobil ve web uygulaması ve bunların ürettiği paylaşım bağlantıları (ilan/katalog önizlemesi, müşteri toplama formu) için geçerlidir. İletişim: hello@easykey360.com.

Uygulamada iki ayrı veri grubu vardır ve rollerimiz farklıdır:

• Sizin (emlak danışmanının) hesap verileriniz için veri sorumlusu EasyKey360'tır.
• Uygulamaya girdiğiniz müşteri ve portföy kayıtları için veri sorumlusu sizsiniz; EasyKey360 bu verileri yalnızca sizin adınıza ve talimatınızla işleyen taraftır. Müşterilerinizi aydınlatma ve gerekli onayları alma yükümlülüğü size aittir (bkz. Kullanım Şartları).

Bölüm 03Topladığımız veriler

Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, inanç, biyometri vb.) talep etmiyoruz; bu tür verileri uygulamaya girmemenizi rica ederiz.

Bölüm 04Instagram verileri

Instagram işletme hesabınızı bağlamak isteğe bağlıdır. Bağladığınızda Meta'nın resmî API'si üzerinden yalnızca şunlara erişiriz:

• Hesabın kimliği, kullanıcı adı ve profil fotoğrafı;
• Hesabınıza gelen ve hesabınızdan giden doğrudan mesajlar (DM) — mesaj metni, gönderenin Instagram kullanıcı adı/kimliği ve zamanı — bunları uygulama içinde görüntüleyip yanıtlayabilmeniz için;
• Sizin talimatınızla yayımlanan gönderiler ve bunların temel etkileşim sayıları.

Bu veriler yalnızca size gösterilir ve yalnızca sizin adınıza işlem yapmak için kullanılır; reklam hedeflemesi, profil çıkarımı veya üçüncü taraflara devir için kullanılmaz. Instagram bağlantısını uygulama içinden kaldırdığınızda ilgili mesaj ve gönderi verilerini 30 gün içinde sileriz. Bağlantıyı Facebook hesabınızdan da kaldırabilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Güvenlik → İş Entegrasyonları.

Bölüm 05E-posta gönderimi ve Google kullanıcı verileri

Otomatik hatırlatma ve kampanya e-postaları sizin adınıza, sizin hesabınızdan gider. Bunun için Gmail hesabınızı bağlayabilirsiniz.

• Yalnızca gönderim yetkisi (gmail.send) isteriz. Gelen kutunuzu, taslaklarınızı veya kişilerinizi okuyamayız.
• Bu yetkiyi yalnızca sizin başlattığınız ya da sizin kurduğunuz kurallarla tetiklenen e-postaları göndermek için kullanırız.
• Google kullanıcı verilerini reklam için kullanmaz, insan tarafından okunmasına izin vermez (güvenlik, hukuki zorunluluk veya sizin açık talebiniz hariç) ve üçüncü taraflara satmayız.
• Yetkiyi dilediğiniz an uygulamadan veya Google Hesap izinleri sayfasından geri alabilirsiniz.

Alternatif olarak kendi SMTP e-posta hesabınızı bağlayabilirsiniz. Bu durumda SMTP şifreniz sunucu tarafında şifrelenerek saklanır, uygulama arayüzüne hiçbir zaman geri döndürülmez ve yalnızca gönderim anında çözülür.

Bölüm 06İşleme amaçları ve hukuki dayanak

• Hizmeti sunmak — hesabınızı açmak, portföy ve müşteri kayıtlarını saklamak, eşleştirme yapmak, hatırlatma ve bildirim göndermek. Dayanak: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c; GDPR 6(1)(b)).
• Sizin adınıza iletişim kurmak — e-posta, Instagram mesajı, PDF ve katalog bağlantısı üretmek. Dayanak: sözleşmenin ifası ve talimatınız.
• Güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, hata ayıklama, hizmetin iyileştirilmesi. Dayanak: meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f; GDPR 6(1)(f)).
• Yasal yükümlülükler — muhasebe, resmî taleplere yanıt. Dayanak: hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK m.5/2-ç; GDPR 6(1)(c)).
• İsteğe bağlı entegrasyonlar (Instagram, Gmail) yalnızca siz bağladığınızda çalışır. Dayanak: açık rıza — istediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz.

Kişisel verileri satmıyor, profil çıkarımı yapmıyor ve hakkınızda hukuki sonuç doğuran otomatik kararlar almıyoruz. Uygulamadaki eşleştirme önerileri yalnızca size gösterilen tavsiyelerdir.

Bölüm 07Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım

Verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Verileri yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırabilmek için kullandığımız altyapı sağlayıcılarında (veri işleyenler) barındırırız; bunlar verileri kendi amaçları için kullanamaz:

Bunların dışında veri aktarımı yalnızca hukuken zorunlu hallerde (mahkeme kararı, yetkili merci talebi) veya şirket birleşme/devri durumunda — ki bu durumda önceden bilgilendirilirsiniz — söz konusu olur.

Siz bir ilanı, PDF'i veya müşteri toplama formunu paylaştığınızda, o bağlantıyı açan herkes içeriğini görebilir. Neyi paylaştığınıza siz karar verirsiniz.

Bölüm 08Saklama süreleri

• Hesap ve içerik verileri: hesabınız açık kaldığı sürece.
• Hesap silindiğinde: tüm portföy, müşteri ve mesaj kayıtları 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir; yedeklerden düşmesi en geç 90 günü bulur.
• Instagram verileri: bağlantıyı kaldırdığınızda 30 gün içinde.
• Gönderim kayıtları (kime, ne zaman): kötüye kullanım ve uyuşmazlık incelemesi için 12 ay; mesaj içeriği hesapla birlikte silinir.
• Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar (ör. fatura) ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır.

Bölüm 09Veri silme talebi

Bir emlak danışmanının müşterisiyseniz ve kaydınızın silinmesini istiyorsanız, önce sizinle çalışan danışmana başvurmanız gerekir; veri sorumlusu odur. Yine de bize yazarsanız talebinizi ilgili danışmana iletir ve süreci takip ederiz. Otomatik e-postalardan çıkmak için her mesajın altındaki “listeden çık” bağlantısını kullanmanız yeterlidir; çıkan kişiye bir daha otomatik mesaj gönderilmez.

Bölüm 10Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve — kapsama giriyorsanız — GDPR uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya işlenmesinin sınırlandırılmasını isteme, taşınabilir bir kopyasını alma, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanızı geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz.

Taleplerinizi hello@easykey360.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Sonuçtan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

Bölüm 11Güvenlik

• Tüm trafik TLS ile şifrelenir.
• Veritabanında satır düzeyinde güvenlik kuralları vardır: bir kullanıcı yalnızca kendi kayıtlarına ve kendisiyle açıkça paylaşılanlara erişir.
• E-posta hesabı şifreleri AES-GCM ile şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır ve istemciye hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.
• Meslektaşınızla paylaşım izin bazlıdır (portföy, müşteri, eşleştirme ve harita ayrı ayrı) ve istediğiniz an kapatılır; çapraz eşleşmede müşterinin adı ve telefonu paylaşılmaz.

Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir. Verilerinizi etkileyen bir ihlal olursa hukuken öngörülen sürede sizi ve yetkili otoriteyi bilgilendiririz.

Bölüm 12Yurt dışına aktarım

Kullandığımız altyapı sağlayıcılarının sunucuları Avrupa'da bulunur; Google ve Meta entegrasyonları nedeniyle bazı veriler ABD'ye aktarılabilir. Bu aktarımlar, sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme hükümleri ve eşdeğer güvenceleri kapsamında yapılır.

Bölüm 13Çerezler

Tanıtım sitesinde reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Uygulamada yalnızca oturumunuzu açık tutmak ve tema/dil gibi tercihlerinizi hatırlamak için cihazınızın yerel deposunu kullanırız.

Bölüm 14Çocuklar

EasyKey360 mesleki kullanım içindir ve 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğa ait veri topladığımızı fark edersek siler ve durumu bildiririz.

Bölüm 15Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bilgilendiririz. Sayfanın başındaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi her zaman geçerli sürümü gösterir.

Section 01In short

EasyKey360 is a CRM application real-estate agents use to manage their listings, customers and follow-ups. We process the information you give us solely to provide that service to you.

• We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Messages from the Instagram account you connect are processed only so you can read and answer them inside the app.
• The Gmail connection is send-only — we do not read your inbox and never request read access.
• You can ask us to delete your data with a single email.

Section 02Controller and scope

This policy covers the website at easykey360.com, the EasyKey360 mobile and web application, and the links they generate (listing/catalogue previews, lead capture forms). Contact: hello@easykey360.com.

There are two distinct sets of data, and our role differs for each:

• For your account data as an agent, EasyKey360 is the data controller.
• For the customer and property records you enter, you are the controller; EasyKey360 acts as a processor, handling that data only on your behalf and on your instructions. Informing your customers and obtaining any required consent is your responsibility (see our Terms of Service).

Section 03Data we collect

We do not ask for special-category data (health, beliefs, biometrics and the like); please do not enter such data into the app.

Section 04Instagram data

Connecting your Instagram business account is optional. When you do, we access only the following through Meta's official API:

• The account ID, username and profile picture;
• Direct messages sent to and from your account — message text, the sender's Instagram username/ID and timestamp — so that you can view and reply to them inside the app;
• Posts published on your instruction and their basic engagement counts.

This data is shown only to you and used only to act on your behalf. It is never used for ad targeting, profiling, or transfer to third parties. If you disconnect Instagram in the app, we delete the related message and post data within 30 days. You can also remove the connection from your Facebook account under Settings → Security → Business Integrations.

Section 05Email sending and Google user data

Automated reminder and campaign emails are sent on your behalf, from your own account. You may connect your Gmail account for this.

• We request the send-only scope (gmail.send). We cannot read your inbox, drafts or contacts.
• We use it solely to send messages you initiate or that are triggered by rules you configured yourself.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read it (except for security, legal obligation, or at your explicit request), and never sell it to third parties.
• You can revoke access at any time in the app or at Google Account permissions.

Alternatively you can connect your own SMTP account. In that case your SMTP password is stored encrypted on the server, is never returned to the app interface, and is decrypted only at the moment of sending.

Section 06Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service — creating your account, storing listings and customer records, matching, reminders and notifications. Basis: performance of a contract (GDPR 6(1)(b); KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Communicating on your behalf — emails, Instagram messages, PDF and catalogue links. Basis: performance of a contract and your instructions.
• Security, abuse prevention, debugging and improvement. Basis: legitimate interests (GDPR 6(1)(f); KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• Legal obligations — accounting, responding to lawful requests. Basis: legal obligation (GDPR 6(1)(c); KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
• Optional integrations (Instagram, Gmail) run only if you connect them. Basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.

We do not sell personal data, build profiles, or make automated decisions producing legal effects about you. Matching suggestions in the app are recommendations shown only to you.

Section 07Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is hosted only with the infrastructure providers (processors) we need to run the service; they may not use it for their own purposes:

Beyond this, we disclose data only where legally required (court order, request from a competent authority) or in a merger or acquisition — in which case you will be informed in advance.

When you share a listing, a PDF or a lead form, anyone opening that link can see its contents. You decide what to share.

Section 08Retention

• Account and content data: for as long as your account is open.
• When an account is deleted: all listing, customer and message records are permanently deleted within 30 days; removal from backups takes up to 90 days.
• Instagram data: within 30 days of disconnecting.
• Send logs (who, when): 12 months, for abuse and dispute review; message content is deleted with the account.
• Records subject to a statutory retention duty (e.g. invoices) are kept for the period the law requires.

Section 09Data deletion requests

If you are the customer of an agent using EasyKey360 and want your record removed, please contact that agent first — they are the controller of that record. If you write to us, we will pass the request on and follow up. To stop automated emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message; no further automated message is sent to anyone who opts out.

Section 10Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (art. 11) you have the right to know whether we process your data, to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, to receive a portable copy, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.

Write to hello@easykey360.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

Section 11Security

• All traffic is encrypted with TLS.
• The database enforces row-level security: a user can reach only their own records and those explicitly shared with them.
• Email account passwords are stored encrypted with AES-GCM and are never sent back to the client.
• Sharing with colleagues is permission-based (listings, customers, matching and map are separate switches) and revocable at any time; cross-matching never reveals a customer's name or phone number.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority within the period the law requires.

Section 12International transfers

Our infrastructure providers' servers are located in Europe; because of the Google and Meta integrations, some data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers rely on those providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Section 13Cookies

The marketing site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. In the app we use your device's local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as theme and language.

Section 14Children

EasyKey360 is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected a child's data, we delete it and report accordingly.

Section 15Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the version in force.
